AFAR LOCAL AUSSIE EXPERT
Built in 1891 and known locally as "The White Queen," Split Point Lighthouse was popularized by the Australian television series Round the Twist. Even if you haven't seen the show, stop for a look—and maybe stay for a 45-minute tour, which takes you up the original spiral staircase to the balcony for spectacular views of the coast. Post-climb, follow the hiking trail to Willows Tea House for homemade cakes and muffins.
