Si-Am is named for the two backgrounds of the chefs: chef Chinda Chomburi was trained in Thailand, and Stephen Dohack is a certified executive chef with decades of experience. Together, they've produced a menu designed to appeal to both kinds of eaters.
The service is friendly and the portions large. Si-Am serves curries, noodle dishes, rolls, and dumplings. For an appetizer, try the crab rangoon or get the Si-Am sampler. The house specials include the Si-Am duck and the shrimp, scallop, and basil stirfry.
