Last year, Santa Fe Spirits, opened a laid-back downtown tasting room showcasing their small distilleries production which includes a well-balanced portfolio of gin, vodka and silver whiskey to a barrel-aged apple brandy accompanied by a few bar snacks. Try a few pours of the gin infused with osha root and and sage and kick up your heels.

Santa Fe Spirits
Santa Fe Spirits has a deliciously seasonal cocktail menu, with creative offerings like lavender-lemon martinis in the summer or hot apple brandy ciders in the fall. Their regular offerings are excellent as well (try the Colin's Collins!), and all their spirits are distilled locally, often using local ingredients like cholla, piñon, and prickly pear cactus. They really capture the flavor of the desert!
Their Colin's Collins are so delicious, make sure to try that or any of their seasonal experiments. They infuse their spirits and change the cocktail offers with the seasons, so there is always something special on the menu. Winter brings hot cider drinks, while in summer a lavender-lemon martini might be available. It's always fresh, new, interesting and delicious.
