Sandhammeren is arguably southern Sweden's most beautiful beach. Pack a picnic and a hat and enjoy the fine white sand beach contrasted by the bluest waters. It was relatively quiet when we visited. I'd recommend accessing the beach through the Hagestad nature preserve. There are 3 areas to park as you drive in and from each spot you can hike into the beach (or not at all if you park at the last one). This is a nice way to access the beach if you're not traveling with a lot of stuff.
A great way to spend the day, especially if you're traveling with kids.
