Go Bird Watching at the Salt Ponds
In the early 1980s, flamingos were all but nonexistent from the Salt Ponds on Anegada. Today, more than 200 of these pink birds call the Salt Ponds home, as do a number of other migrating seabirds and shorebirds. These wetlands encompass more than a third of the island and are a birdwatcher’s paradise.
