Shades, hues and tones of Morocco

tajines of lamb, fish and olives (oh the olives!!), dates that taste like none other, mint tea traditions throughout each day-each new location presents a new array of the local cuisine and the delicate variations between regions, rugs died with spices (oh the colors!!), constant flowing conversations switching between arabic, french, berber, spanish and english- goats in trees, cats in airports, camels in fields and donkeys sharing the road...challenging cultural dynamics in every region as i gained a better perspective of the issues field workers, growers and companies face here. the tones of this country are such an experience
