Our trip to El Rodizio was a positive one! We really enjoyed the variety at the salad bar. There were slices of jamón del pais, chunks of roquefort cheese, manchego, sushi, sashimi and lots of other stuff that made the experience more than just a meat-fest.
The meats were great, too. They weren't overly seasoned, which is a good thing when you're eating a lot of pork, beef chicken and ox....the stuff sits pretty heavy and spices can make it more heavy.
They serve two sauces with their meat....a chimichurri and a spicy dark sauce. Both are really good, although we wouldn´t consider the chimichurri a real chimichurri. Either way, we really enjoyed the meal. The service was great...all the servers were friendly and prompt.
