At El Boquemar you will find some great seafood fair, my favorite being the arroz con jueyes, rice with crab, which is a wonderful old school Puerto Rican dish pictured above. You can also go with the catch of the say often Dorado (Mahi-Mahi) seasoned and flash fried with rice and beans on the side. This wonderful little restaurant also has a breathtaking view of the Caribbean sea as it is nestled just west of Ponce, Puerto Rico. Don't however mistake for being IN Ponce, as my family did with the waitress. We ended up getting into an argument with the very proud woman, leaving us to concede that the restaurant was in Peñuelas.
