Restaurant Sihlmatt is in the middle of rustic nowhere. But it's worth taking wrong turns, driving in the opposite direction, and speaking pitiful, broken German just to find this place. Get your trout boiled or fried, with rice or potatoes. Afterwards, or before--your hygienic preference--pet some donkeys and tickle some goats (I personally think donkey dust added a little goût). Then head over to the trout farm in the distance.
