Two Michelin Star Dining in a 17th-Century French Château
Tucked away in the pastoral Médoc region, this elegant château houses one of the biggest stars in the French culinary galaxy: chef Jean-Luc Rocha. The celebrated chef was named a Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 2007—the honor is only bestowed every four years—and his on-site restaurant has maintained two Michelin stars for the several years. It's absolutely worth the short drive north of Bordeaux to sample blue lobster with coral cappuccino and foie gras with green apple sorbet, all accented with wines from the château's famed cellar.
