The Powder Horn Grill offers a culinary tour of the American West by way of buffalo short ribs with bacon risotto, ranch-hand rib-eye steaks, mouth-watering prime-rib, roasted butternut squash salad, and chicken fried steak that is every bit as sinfully delicious as it sounds.
The Powder Horn Grill's culinary team is led by Executive Chef Kayla Zezas, a gastro wunderkind of the highest order. The service is always sensational, and the views – of the Bighorn Mountains and the Powder Horn Golf Course – are sublime. The Cowboy Bar, located next door to the Grill, is known for hand-crafting fabulous cocktails, and is a great place to chill out on Wednesdays, when the Burger & Beer combo transform both the grill and the bar into the busiest hitching post in town.
Hours of Operation
Open for lunch and dinner Tuesday through Saturday, 11am – 9pm. March through October.
Dinner only Wednesday through Saturday during November, December, and February. Closed January.
