Converted from a trendy food truck to a new restaurant in the Westport area, Port Fonda serves up authentic Mexican food and drinks, including over a dozen mezcals, Mexican beers on tap, and some of the best cocktails in the city. Focusing on local ingredients and creative takes on rustic Mexican cuisine, Port Fonda is open seven days a week. Its owner, Patrick Ryan, was recently chosen as Kansas City's Best Chef and has been featured in GQ, The New York Times, and other publications.
