Dolphins’ Delight
Within seconds after driving onto the ferry at Aransas Pass, en route to Mustang Island and its laid back fishing town, Port Aransas, you feel big city stresses melt away. Once on board, climb out of your car to look across the channel; salty wind at your cheeks, you’ll likely see sailboats and playful dolphins swimming alongside the ships. Disembark ready for Port Aransas Beach, a nearly seven-mile stretch of dove-gray beach. Camping is permitted.
