Colombian cravings in Mexico City
One of the few bad parts about travelling is that you often get food cravings that seem almost impossible to fulfill back home. There was the time when I wanted authentic Sichuan cuisine, and the time when I wanted Brazilian pan de queijo. During my last trip to Colombia I enjoyed so many good food, that I wanted to repeat the experience back home. Luckily for me, I had a Colombian neighbor at the time. She suggested that I visit Pollos Mario for a great ajiaco, or simply to enjoy a tintico (coffee) and almojábana bread. Fittingly, Pollos Mario is located on Medellín street, in Colonia Roma, and around it there are plenty other Colombian restaurants.
