Located on the south side of the extreme eastern edge of St. Croix, Jack and Isaac are two of the most pristine and beautiful stretches of sand on the island; certainly among the most virgin of beaches in all of the Virgin Islands. The beaches form part of the 300-acre Jack and Isaac Bay Preserve, which in recent years has become more accessible thanks to a series of well-kept hiking trails. The Jack and Isaac Bay Preserve offers fun and fairly low-impact hiking suitable for kids and adults alike. If you can walk, you can handle it. Just be sure to bring enough drinking water and maybe a light snack, as there are no facilities of any kind out here. To get to the head of the trail, just head to Point Udall, the easternmost point of the island and the entire United States.
