Pincho Factory: Kabobs, Tasty Burgers and Zingy Cajun Fries
For a daytime lunch or an inexpensive dinner in Miami, Pincho offers a twist on a quick meal. With flavorful kabobs AKA Pincho's, rice bowls, pitas, salads, wraps and burgers along with tots, loaded fries and much more.
Pincho Factory is a unique concept that brings street food from the east and the west
(Pinchos and Burgers) and have elevated it to a modern day experience.
Using the freshest of ingredients, custom meat blends, and flavors inspired from
around the world, we pride ourselves on sourcing the highest quality products
and carefully crafting each plate for an unforgettable experience.
Menu highlights include the Pincho Burger which comes with lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, potato chicks, and their special pink sauce. Served on a fresh brioche bun, the crispiness of the potato sticks made a nice addition. The pink sauce is legit and the burger was cooked to perfection. Pair the meals with cheese fries with a side of pink sauce which isn't on the menu. The fries were topped with a zingy Cajun flavor. Along with a drink, all was under $15 and you will have some leftovers.
The restaurant has three locations in Miami, but the Coral Gables location is the most well-known. The indoor-outdoor dining rooms have a bistro-vibe with a line of customers.
