Parque Eduado VII is a wide green space at the top of Avenida da Liberdade, sometimes called the Champs Elysees of Lisbon. The park is north of the city center, and consists of tiled walkways on either side. The paths are covered by leafy green trees and make for peaceful spaces during the week. The center of the park features manicured green hedges, and is closed with a statue of the park’s namesake. At the top of the park, you can see a stunning view of the city down to the River Tagus, and the largest Flag of Lisbon flies.
