It's kind of sad really, and I know that it makes things rough on my traveling companion, but I am motion intolerant. And not a little bit- a LOT motion intolerant. I spend the bulk of my travels with one of those extremely toxic patches behind my ear. While it does a good job keeping motion sickness at bay, it makes many of my memories fuzzy and then there is the "coming down off heroin" detox I have to go through when I get home.
Inspired by that "haze", I edited this image of the covered bridge downhill from the Rinpung Dzong monastery to reflect the dreaminess that Bhutan leaves a traveler with. When crossing the bridge, take your time- there are always red-robed monks crossing, always willing to say hi with a smile. I treasure every motion-intolerant-hazy memory!
