Skipping lunch (unintentionally or not) means happy hour in Dallas. Opt to dine outside but keep in mind that there is not a breeze patio-side. The pluses are that you can (and should) stay hydrated and you'll enjoy some lovely views of ornate wrought-ironwork, reminiscent of the old South. You'll see fine shops if you look beyond that but it's a good setting.
Cocktails were good and the pizza was super-thin, crispy, and tasty. The Moroccan hummus and Tzatziki starter was a hit for some in the group that day.
Instead of people-watching, upon leaving, it was a delight to see both a Bentley and Tesla. Dallas is known for happy hour and brunches, done well. Indulge for a midday excursion and beat the heat with mixed drinks and plenty of water.
