A central bar offers expertly fashioned, creative cocktails. I was thrilled to have the mixologist create a special cocktail after telling him some of my favorite ingredients. A small plate of tuna and salmon sashimi was presented on a seaweed salad that reinforced the fact I was dining a short distance from the water. Presentation is thoughtful and composed beautifully, without being fussy. Make sure to leave room for the deconstructed s’more dessert. As you open the mason jar containing the homemade toasted marshmallows, the rising smoke will transport you right back to summer campfires. A two person chef’s table (at no extra charge) takes you into the kitchen for a behind the scenes look at culinary creativity in motion. Stellar staff insure a good time for all.
