Being a DC local, one thing i love is brunch and unlimited mimosas and bloody mary's for day drinking on Sunday. When I moved down to Jacksonville with my sailor husband, I knew I had to find a brunch place. I found Orsay online with stellar reviews raving about french brunch. I was intrigued. French Brunch in Jax? I followed google -maps there and swore I was lost, I was in the middle of a neighborhood and not even an affluent one. All of a sudden, there it is: Orsay. Feeling skeptical, I walk in and was totally shocked. A beautiful, modern take on a French bistro awaited me. Me and my girlfriends ordered pitchers of mimosas called a "Grand Mimosa" and lobster deviled eggs. Don't be intimated by the "French" part of brunch, there are plenty of staple brunches dishes available with a luxurious twist! However you will be able to find an impressive cheeseboard here. I was pleasantly surprised and frequent this restaurant all the time now.
