With high ceilings, gorgeous exposed brick and an extreme gin collection, Ori-Gin transports guests back to colonial, British Hong Kong in both drinks and décor. The menu is filled with both classic and contemporary tipples, as well as some you won’t find anywhere else on Earth. Head cocktail creator Antonio Lai uses culinary methods like vacuum sealing and slow cooking to infuse his gins with herbs like lemongrass, basil and chamomile. His classic Negroni cocktail is a prime example. Made with Beefeater gin, Martini Rosso and Campari, the ingredients are combined and placed in a bourbon barrel to age for three months before serving.
