Olympic Provisions in the Industrial District of Portland
Olympic Provisions has quickly become a Portland institution for its cured meats, which are found for sale throughout the city.
But the original restaurant in Southeast Portland's industrial district—with its display case of soppressetas, chorizos, and proscuittos—also serves up wonderful meals. The menu is small, with a selection of small bites and larger entrees. The selection, which changes frequently, often includes octopus, roasted chicken, and unusual, but brilliant combinations like a Blood Orange Goat Cheese plate.
With its stark white walls and modernist ambience, the original Olympic Provisions location is also a good representation of Portland dining style.
