Wild West feeling in the middle of Armenia
Upon approaching Noravank Monastery one can not help but feel reminded of Wild West landscapes. The red hills tower impressively above the complex that was erected in the 13th century. Despite its age, visitors are free to climb the stairs on the facade of Astvatsatsin church. The view is simply stunning and more than worth visiting.
