Being a newcomer to Woodstock, NY, I was constantly being amazed by the authenticity of the place. From the people, to the food, to the environment itself, everything is so real in Woodstock. So when I sat down to dine at what the locals call NWHC, I kind of expected to be blown away. And that, I was. By the genuine hospitality of the servers and the absolute freshness of the food, as if it were just picked from a backyard garden (Which I later discovered was true).
