Southern Style Breakfast at Napa Valley Biscuits
A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, the chef/owner of Napa Valley Biscuits is inspired by his southern roots. As the name suggests, they make some fine biscuits—try them in gravy, or as the ends of an egg sandwich. Other specialties include chicken and waffles, and collard greens. Open weekdays at 7:30 a.m., and weekends at 8 a.m.
