Naked Cafe is one of our regular breakfast stops. In the fall, they have a yummy pumpkin latte. The food is a fusion of Asian, Mexican and American. What I really enjoy is that the food is real, it hasn't been overcooked and processed.
It's nice to find a place that cooks healthy food but doesn't taste bland. I don't mind "bland" foods, but my husband won't have it so it speaks volumes that he likes the healthy food selection here.
They have an extensive menu selection and it's all good- so good luck trying to make just one choice.
The wait staff is always cheery and there is local art decorating the walls you can purchase if interested.

A Healthy Lunch at Naked Cafe
Naked Cafe, located in Carlsbad Village's Village Faire, offers made-from-scratch meals crafted with local, healthy ingredients. Some typical menu items include the Plate of Prosperity,” a dish featuring organic quinoa, scrambled egg whites, spinach, soy sausage, feta cheese, green onion and tomato served aside grilled zucchini, spinach tortilla and salsa; house-made organic wholegrain “Fuzzy Monkey Pancakes” topped with roasted grains, sliced almonds, golden raisins and fresh bananas served with unsalted butter, fresh fruit puree, powdered sugar and 100% pure maple syrup; and a "Dual Delight" made with sesame ginger beef and chicken, brown rice, summer vegetables and housemade Thai peanut sauce. While you eat, enjoy the local artwork that adorns the walls.
