The Herge museum is one of the best I have ever experienced. It helps that I am big Tintin fan of course, but even for those not familiar the interactive and colourful nature of the displays make this an amazing day out in Belgium.
See how Tintin's adventures all began as Herge puts his creative mind on paper and creates one of the greatest explorers in history, not to mention some of the most amusing cast of characters imaginable as his companions.
The museum is a bit out of the way and is best reached by car. Entry is 9.50EUR and is open daily.
