In a hidden corner of Brickell area, there is this gem of a resto, a branch of their original in Lima, Peru. The ambience was not that particularly attractive when we entered but the pleasant service and the excellent food smothered it over.
Peru blessed with the unusual blend of native with the Occident and the Orient (Callao had one of the earliest Chinatowns in the Americas) to create an unique taste, combined with the vagaries of El Nino current to provide plenty of seafood.
We began with a medley of Ceviche and then an assortment of Grilled and Sauteed Seafood, with a relish of Chifa rice (chinese peruvian). Limited wine selection, but Prosecco helped lubricate our tonsils while we enjoyed this truly delicious food.
An excellent place to dine while chatting with good friends!
