Transformative Lifestyle and Fitness Retreat

I have been on a few all-inclusive weeklong fitness retreats. Most of them subscribe to a holistic approach to better fitness: improved diet, increased exercise, and ways to reduce stress from our increasingly busy lives. Mountain Trek is similar in this approach, but goes even a step further by having intense, hourlong daily lectures led by MT Program Director Kirkland Shave on related topics such as sleep patterns and how energy levels are affected by the seasons. But what really sets MT apart from many other resorts is the absolutely stunning hiking available in the region. Definitely a fun and rewarding week, just be prepared to work hard (shouldn't be a problem for those of us who are "office athletes," as Kirk refers to busy professionals; we're used to working hard.)
