The hardest thing about dining at Masu is deciding which of the three kitchens you'd like to choose from. Do what we did - some palate cleansers from the Sushi Bar in front of you, followed by a few shared plates from the Kitchen (recommendation: tempura yellow belly flounder), and topped with something special from the Robata Grill. My favourite was the jumbo prawn with red yuzu koshou. Masu is another new restaurant in the Federal St alley and something tells me it will be around for a long time.
