Nice Alternative to the Big Hotel Chains
People love the Magnolia Hotel in Houston for its location and funkiness. It was built in 1926 as a newspaper building and sits on the edge of the downtown historic district. The lounge on the second floor serves free drinks for one hour each night, and there are fantastic views from its tiny top-floor pool and hot tub.
