Anguilla has more than 30 powdery white sand beaches, sophisticated dining, fun bars. A recent welcome addition on this island is "Las EsQuinas". A luxury B&B that is not only stylish with its architectural details, walkways and bridges to the rooms but seems to have every comfort provided .. including ipod docks in each room. It is comfortably situated on the sea, with a pool you will probably only get out of to walk the ten steps into the sea.
Four suites themed Mexican, Morrocan, Mediterranean, and Balinese each have stunning sunset sea views, and boast private balconies.
Owner/resident Robin Ogilvie offers not only a tasty breakfast and sundown refreshments but kayaks, bikes and a wealth of information about the happenings on island. In the five nights I spent there, I left the property once [at the insistence of the owner] to explore some of their spectacular beaches. An excursion I did not at all regret, but was happy to return to my new "home" and my private beach. There is always a masseuse ready to pamper guests. Booking a ticket back there soon ...
