Paris has so much to offer a traveler, especially when it comes to fantastic cuisine. One of the best meals I ever had there was in Montmartre at La Mère Catherine.
One must absolutely start with the French onion soup. It has the perfect balance of ingredients, is not too heavy, and is incredibly satisfying. For the main course, go with the duck l'orange. It was juicy, tasty, and felt oh so French. As for dessert, it is necessary to have the chocolate cake with custard sauce. My taste buds have not stopped thanking me since.
Besides the wonderful food offered here, the view is spectacular because one is so high up overlooking Paris. Looking out at the City of Lights once the sun has gone down is an experience on its own. Paris itself seems to be smirking mischievously, inviting spectators to partake in all it has to offer. Trust me, you'll want to accept.
