Chef Gabriela Green runs La Fonda Rosa cooking school in San Miguel de Allende. We met her at the market in the morning and purchased all the ingredients that we used and she showed us to cook Conchinita Pibil, Nopales, Stuffed Chiles, and more. The group was nice and small and after the market we went to her house and really helped prepare the dishes before we ate our enormous feast. Siestas where needed by all....especially after a few margaritas and a good conversation. Highly recommended.
