The jamon serrano is just the beginning: Jose Andres's Spanish hot spot, Jaleo, is always a good time. The menu can be overwhelming to new people, but don't give up: start with pan con tomate and jamon, and the endive with goat cheese. By then you'll be hooked and can start boldly ordering on your own. Other favorites are the brussels sprout salad, skirt steak, and gooey bacalao. And of course, there's always the paella, which is served out of a massive dish.
