Guests who stay at the InterContinental London Park Lane will feel like a royal when they book a stay in the hotel's Royal Suite. The design is an homage to the hotel's location on the site of Queen Elizabeth II's former childhood home. The satin canopy bed in the master bedroom was designed to celebrate the backdrops Cecil Beaton used in his portraits of the queen, while the hand-blown glass chandelier in the living room was inspired by the queen's diamond collection. The five bedroom, five bathroom suite is one of the largest in London and also offers some of the city's best panoramic views of the Royal Parks.

An Insider's Look at London's Bespoke Scene
I never fully appreciated a well-made pair of shoes or a handcrafted scent until I got a behind-the-scenes tour of the talented artisans that work in London's Mayfair neighborhood. Through InterContinental London Park Lane's Made in Mayfair Insider Experience, I got to witness the best of British craftsmanship first hand. It was fascinating to see how historic brands, such as Floris, the sole perfumer to the Queen, have evolved and remained relevant over the years. In a time of mass-production, it was inspiring to see that quality and craft can still prevail.
The InterContinental package includes a stay in the hotel's Royal Suite, a perfume-making experience at Floris, as well as a tour and shirt-fitting at Savile Row tailor, Dege & Skinner.
