Eat Gourmet Just Steps From Hong Kong's Central Station
Until recently, free-spending fans of Cantonese food took road trips across the border into mainland China just to eat at Howard Cai’s Gourmet Workshop. But now his tender, slow-cooked, blowtorch-crisped sea cucumber and tempura-like bites of Bombay duck are a subway ride away at the sumptuously decked out Howard’s Gourmet. It’s next door to Central station's exit L.
