Our first day in Costa Rica was a quick day. As we had a little tour of the capital, San Jose, there was a lot of graffiti on the streets of Costa Rica. In shocked we asked why is there so much? We got the answer of it's legal if there is a empty wall and it is approved by the government. Pretty cool and shocking!
