Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza is Europe's first Hard Rock Hotel. It launched June 13, 2014 with an awesome party, that included Hard Rock's ceremonial guitar smashing and an unforgettable concert with Nile Rogers.
In addition to a good spa, great food, pools, and the biggest roof deck bar on the entire Playa, Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza is home to a very cool beach club, one of my favorite places to sneak a few minutes of relaxation while I was there for the hotel's official opening celebrations.
The hotel is located on Ibiza's famous Playa D'en Bossa, super close to world famous EDM (electronic dance music) night-clubs like Amnesia, Pacha, and Ushuaia.

Ibiza's Re–emerging Live Music Scene
One of the most exciting things about the new Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza is their focus to bring live music (any, not just rock) back to the island.
For many, Ibiza is and has been synonymous with EDM (Electronic Dance Music) for years, but that's about to change. The Hard Rock has scheduled an impressive live music line-up, and other venues are beginning to embrace the idea as well. Here's to that!
One of the more soothing experiences on my insane 48hour trip to Ibiza was a quiet, reflective sunrise yoga session, right on the famous Playa D'en Bossa.
We had two lovely Hard Rock Hotel teachers guiding us gently through a number of good stretches and restorative positions. Even after a short night, it was the perfect way to greet the day.
All-night partiers, finally staggering back to their hotels via the beach provided a good amount of amusement, of course...
Check with the concierge for sessions and teachers–or practice on your own.
