If you are spending a few days in West Virginia, take the time to bike a long the Greenbrier River trail. It is about 72 miles of trail that winds along the river in a ravine, allowing you to be surrounded by nature. It is an old rail road trail, so it is almost completely flat; this makes it great for a leisurely bike ride. We completed it in 2 days and camped along the river. Depending on when you go, the river is full, which makes it great to dip in on a hot day! It was a wonderful experience with beautiful scenery.
