The Best South End Boutiques
The South End has a hip vibe and an energy not felt in other areas of the city. The streets are paved with chic boutiques, good restaurants and on the first Friday of the summer months, a night of gallery hopping and open artist’s studios. You'll find artisan jewelry, locally produced gifts and sustainable home goods in the best boutiques of Boston's South end.

Keeping It Local

Large arrow left

One of the great draws of Boston is the fantastic neighborhoods. Each has a different flavor, and all are filled with small specialty stores. I love to support local shopkeepers, and the South End is a super place to do it. Boutique owners in this area of 19th century bow fronts offer unique, well edited collections by local artisans and small businesses—Gracie Finn is a nice example of this. You could spend a day wandering the blocks of storefronts until you are so laden with packages, you'll know it's time to wrap it up and hit a nearby watering hole.
