Dundee, and in fact Scotland, may seem an unlikely venue for a thriving raw food following, but it is just that - in the hills outside of Dundee, raw foodie, Caroline Allan runs Good Food, Good Feelings. Her mission? Quite simply, to help people find a healthier lifestyle through better food choices.
Caroline is available for catering and personalised classes, but she also hosts wonderful monthly pot luck suppers in a great location just outside Dundee that benefits from the rolling Angus hills, Scots Pine trees, red squirrels, roe deer and the most amazing sunsets! Guests are required to bring their own dish, preferably raw, and everyone tucks in. There is always more than enough for everyone, and all Caroline asks is that you leave a £2.00 donation. You wouldn't find a supper this pocket friendly anywhere, and it's a great way to meet new people.
Caroline also runs regular raw food workshops, and works with a local yoga teacher hosting day retreats.
