Traveling in Martinique, we stopped in a restaurant called "Le Ghetto" (in the northeast) to have lunch on Easter Sunday. The bar was open and few people were there. We started talking, having a drink, sharing a second one with the people there. After a moment, we asked for a menu. It was Easter and the restaurant was closed for customers; but when they saw our disappointment, they invited us to share their meal. We sat at a big table with about 10 people and enjoyed a matoutou, a typical easter dish. What a delicate and extraordinary meal! What a feeling of great welcome we found this day!
Next time we go back to Martinique, we will definitively go back to this restaurant.
