Ghetto is one of Istanbul’s leading live music venues supporting local and international acts in a funky, elongated, neon-lit hall. Lineups include funk, world music beats, jazz, nujazz, or indieGroove. Hang out on the dancefloor by the stage on the ground floor or people watch from the balcony under the hand-painted Romanesque frescos. If the crowds get too much, go up three floors to the open-air terrace to cool down. The party doesn’t start until the performers go onstage, usually around 11pm.
