Georgetown, on the Malaysian island of Penang is a UNESCO World Heritage location. I recently returned there for a week's photography and thoroughly enjoyed it, Malaysia is a real melting pot of ethnic backgrounds, Malays, Chinese and Indians.
One of the heritage features I enjoyed is the interactive wall art to be found spread around Georgetown. This example comprises a real bicycle fixed to the wall with the two children painted on the wall. It seemed to be a favourite with both residents and visitors alike.
Small children especially would take their turn to sit on the carrier or appear to be pushing the bicycle from behind. It was fun to watch. Street food is in abundance, delicious and cheap too! Also I stayed in one of several heritage hotels beautifully restored and converted shophouses. Well worth a visit.
