We decided to keep it light for dinner, considering all of the greasy food we'd piled on that day. But as we arrived in Boston on time for our midnight deadline, a celebration was in order. Gaslight is a classic Parisian brasserie, and the kind of place you can slide into late night and still have something nice to eat. We opted for the oysters, but next time I promised myself I'd be hungrier and try the steak tartare.
