One of many "WTF" moments I had while down South.
The locals sent us here. Described on their menu as a "Mexican American/Bluegrass" restaurant, the Front Door served some of the best food I've had and featured a ridiculously awesome 4-man string band. If you ever find yourself in Cosby, TN (you won't unless you're hopelessly lost or trying to recreate a scene from Deliverance), you must go. It's only open Fri-Sat, which frees up the very elderly owner to make the local farmers market circuit where she sources all her ingredients.
We went rafting earlier in the day on the Pigeon River, and we ran into a bunch of the guides here later that night. Lots of beards and Tevas.
