Come see what the fuss is about at Chocolaterie Frères Lauzéa, where the titular brothers combine French and Belgian technique with locally grown ingredients such as passion fruit, red chili, and, of course, cocoa. The elegant sweets are sold by the box, but, for a truly indulgent experience, call in advance to reserve a guided tasting paired with local Clément or HSE rums in the rear of the boutique.
