I love a bit of French toast as much as the next person, but this was off the scale! Brioche soaked in Creme Anglaise - then topped with apricot compote and maple syrup. Obviously, this sort of dish doesn't make up my regular diet, but it was super divine! I did try to recreate it at home for my other half - disaster! They clearly have a secret recipe (: You don't have to be a Four Seasons guest to enjoy their brekkies - just walk in and take a pew.
